Probo Medical Acquires Tenvision

Probo Medical, a leading global provider of medical imaging equipment, parts, repair and service, announced the acquisition of Tenvision LLC. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
 
Tenvision, founded in 2005, is a Gallatin, Tenn.-based provider of medical equipment sales, service, maintenance, repair and training organization with deep specialization in ultrasound equipment. Tenvision’s team of sales representatives, field service engineers and in-house repair technicians bring a long history of providing a deep solution set of products and services to meet healthcare organizations’ ultrasound equipment needs.

The Tenvision deal is the firm’s fourth this year. In January, Probo Medical acquired Mount International United Services, a Gloucester, United Kingdom-based provider of third-party service, repairs, and maintenance for medical imaging equipment in the U.K. In February, Probo Medical purchased IMAX Medical, a Nantes, France-based firm specializing in the purchasing, sales, and logistics of pre-owned medical diagnostic imaging equipment. In April, Probo Medical acquired SonoDepot Inc., a St. Cloud, Fla.-based third-party service, maintenance, and repair organization with deep specialization in ultrasound equipment.
